Deck Supermarket offer their toughened safety glass in a range of standard sizes, however to accommodate for custom sizes (not shapes) our pricing is for any size up to the maximums stated for that price bracket

An allowance of 20mm per side must be made if using our glass clamps.

Custom Sizes

So for instance a glass panel 840 mm x 975 mm will come under the price bracket of 1 m x 1 m – we make no up-charge for custom sizes.

There is however a surcharge for custom shapes such as stairway panels, orders for shapes will only be processed after we have received a detailed drawing with dimensions and angles so there can be no mistakes and we will then quote accordingly. British Standard

All the glass on our web site is 10mm Toughened Safety Glass manufactured to BS 6206: 1981 CLASS A European Standard BS EN 12150

To make things easier and safer for handling our glass is polished on all edges and all corners are ‘Docked’ (Blunted) (radius corners available on application at extra cost).

All Glass is supplied as a custom product and therefore not subject to distance selling regulations and unless faulty is strictly non-returnable (this does not affect your statutory rights)

To order custom sizes please add size details in the comments section of your order, if holes or shapes are required you will need to send by fax or email a detailed drawing or sketch with full dimensions included.

Please also select the Colour choice you require from the drop down menu above, these include:

Anti-Sun Bronze – This glass has a brown/bronze tint to protect from the suns rays

Anti-Sun Grey – This Glass has a Grey tint to protect from the suns rays

Satinised- Opaque for privacy

Pilkington Anti Sun is body tinted glass available in a choice of colours: Bronze, Grey and Clear.

The tint can be used for visual appeal, to reduce glare or where a degree of solar control performance is required. It may be used for exterior and interior applications.

Also available is our Satinised finish, this gives a translucent finish that gives privacy but still allows the transmission of light, similer to sand blasting but with a smooth finish.

Delivery

Glass to most post codes in England & Wales from 7-10 working days.

Please contact us for quotes to Scotland (there are additional costs to some locations)and the Cornwall, Devon area’s, lead time for these areas are typically 25-30 working days at the moment contact us for your quote. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

Once your order is ready for dispatch you will be called with delivery details so please make sure you add a telephone contact number. You will also need to have someone available to help with unloading as the driver is under no obligation to do this.
All glass will be dropped at the kerbside or nearest commercial vehicle access point.

*Please note if you are unable to take delivery on the specified date we need a minimum of 72 hrs notice. If you cancel delivery on the day for any reason a redelivery charge of £240 will apply to any order and you glass will not be delivered until this payment has been made.
