Box Steps with Entry Platform

Add a simple, attractive, and practical entrance to your caravan with these box steps and 5’ x 3’ entry platform. 

This caravan decking kit from Deck Supermarket includes all the PVC components and timber frames along with all the necessary screws and brackets.  

It also features a picket handrail that covers either side of the platform, as well as skirting that matches the entry platform sides. 

The opening between posts is 1320mm, which is suitable for most doors. 

The box steps and entry platform are ideal as a standalone step system, or they can be used in conjunction with other Super Rail products. 

In this kit, the maximum height to the top of the platform varies depending on the number of treads you choose:

• 2 tread – 528mm
• 3 tread – 704mm
• 4 tread – 880mm 

Please include the height to just below your caravan’s door threshold in the order notes. 

There are several colours you can pick from for your box steps and entry platform decking, handrail, and posts. 

Standard decking, handrail and post colours: 

• Tan
• Biscuit
• Cream
• Light grey
• White (handrail only) 

Be sure to check the instruction manual and our decking kit installation guide before beginning your project. There are some elements that may not be included in this kit, such as safety equipment, but will be needed during construction.

Returns  

All Deck Kits are manufactured to order and classed as a bespoke item and therefore NON-RETURNABLE so please make sure you measure/order correctly. If in doubt, speak with a member of our team.  

Palletised delivery  

You will be required to unload pallets by hand if the courier is not able to use the vehicle’s tail lift or if there is no forklift on site.  

The transport company allow a maximum window of 20 minutes for unloading by hand so please make sure you have enough people on hand to help if required.
